Recently, our director and founder, Ms Tryfina Kgokong was invited to feature on the October edition of the Asset Magazine in an article focused on businesswomen holding their own in the industry. The In Conversation article celebrated and highlighted women who built their businesses from scratch taking strides to empower others and making an active contribution to the economy.

Speaking on her journey, Ms Kgokong shared more about what drove her to leave a comfortable job in corporate to start something bigger than herself. After returning from UAE where she worked 5 years on several high-profile projects such as the Abu Dhabi International Airport, she decided to start her own business thus the birth of Triumphant Zoe. Triumphant Zoe, a quantity surveying firm birth from her long-built environment career, offers Professional Quantity Surveying Services, Project Management, Facilities Management as well as Sustainability Advisory Services.

With a growing team of quantity surveyors and other administrative staff looks to grow her business and add to the service offerings while contributing to something bigger.

Ms Kgokong also shared about entering Property Point business accelerator programme in 2021, which offered her tailored hands-on advice such as bespoke solutions, accessing business funding and marketing her business.
